A vegan black vinegar in the traditional Chinese style. Made from a fermented base of vegetable and fruit juices it has a rich umami flavour and is perfect for use as a condiment and to pickle. It has a malty, slightly sweet flavour and is recommended for use as a delicious for dipping soup dumplings in, this dark condiment can be added to sauces, dressings, braises, soups or used to pickle vegetables.
