Made from dried kelp seaweed, Wakame is predominantly used in Japanese and Korean as a vegetable, seasoning or snack. In its dried form we recommend soaking it prior to use in salads, stir fry’s, rice bowls and more.
Salad: Mix cold pre-soaked wakame with a bit of sesame oil, rice vinegar, light soy sauce, chilli flakes and roasted sesame seeds.
