Some say these are the grandaddy of tinned sardines. Conservas Ortiz was founded more than 100 years ago in the small fishing village of Ondarroa, located in the North of Spain. They take only the best sardines from the water and hand-clean them before cooking them slowly in olive oil to give them amazing texture and flavour. Enjoy them with crackers or on toasted sourdough.
