Founded more than 100 years ago in the small fishing village of Ondarroa, located in the North of Spain, Conservas Ortiz is recognised as one of the best seafood canneries in the world.

They take only the best line-caught yellowfin tuna, hand fillet them and then carefully cook the fillets in olive oil to preserve texture and flavour. The result beautifully tender and tasty fillets that can be eaten on their own or used in salads and more.
