Made from cocoa beans only sourced from Madagascar, Manjari has a tangy and red fruit flavour profile that makes it fresh, acidic and very aromatic on the palette. 

Applications: Coating, Molding, Bar, Mousse, Crémeux et ganache, Ice creams & sorbets

Ingredients: Cocoa beans from Madagascar, sugar, cocoa butter, emulsifier (SOYA lecithin), natural vanilla extract. MILK (Made in a facility that uses milk). This product may contain traces of nuts.
