Dried Blue Cornflowers

Native to Europe, these edible cornflowers vary in shade from blue to dark purple and can be used in a number of ways. For culinary decoration in salads, desserts and chocolates, as a blue pigment they have been known to be effective in treating conjunctivitis and as a wash for tired eyes.
