Freeze Dried Whole Raspberry

These whole fruit pieces of summer raspberries are bursting with flavour and are suitable for decorative work and as a component in desserts and savouries. They will also add an unusual element in cereals or cake batters. It is taken through a gentle freeze-drying process which allows for preservation of natural fruit characteristics such as colour, smell and taste.

Note: Once open please use within 1-2 weeks or lightly vacuum down into smaller bags and freeze. Due to the delicate nature of freeze-dried products, some breakage and powdering of segments may occur.
