Derived from plants, inulin powder can be used to increase fibre content in food or used as a sweetener substitute in baking. It can be used in all types of recipes, including cookies, brownies, cakes, tarts and pies.
Usage: Decrease the sugar content of your recipes by about a teaspoon for every teaspoon of inulin powder.
