Maltodextrin DE-18 Powder

Produced from corn starch, Maltodextrin is most commonly used in the food production industry to thicken and stabilise fatty compounds as a bulking agent. Applied to oil-based compounds, it will produce a powder that dissolves in the mouth, releasing the flavour infused into it. Maltodextrin is easily digestible, absorbed as glucose, and moderately sweet.
