Our lake lipid (fat) soluble powdered colours are ideal for use in all applications where colours have to be dissolved into fats, for example in cocoa butter, chocolate and oils.
Dosage: 0.1-2gm/L/KG incorporate small amounts until desired shade of colour is achieved. Lake colours have to be heated in order to be able to completely dissolve in fats.
