Valrhona Dulcey 32% Caramel Chocolate

This fine French chocolate has been crafted to bring out the best flavours from each bean. Dulcey is smooth, creamy chocolate with a velvety and enveloping texture and a warm, blond colour. The first notes are buttery, toasty and not too sweet, gradually giving way to the flavours of shortbread with a pinch of salt. Perfect for all dessert, cake, bonbon and decorating applications.

Made by caramelising the milk solids before the chocolate is made, Dulcey less sweet than regular white chocolate and gives it a unique flavour that works well with banana, coffee, hazelnut, caramel, mango and more. 

Ingredients: Cocoa butter, sugar, whole MILK powder, dried skimmed MILK, whey (MILK), butter (MILK), emulsifier (SOYA lecithin), natural vanilla extract. This product may contain traces of nuts.
