Valrhona Jivara 40% Milk Chocolate

This fine French chocolate has been crafted to bring out the best flavours from each bean. Jivara has pronounced cocoa notes with hints of vanilla and malt. Perfect for all dessert, cake, bonbon and decorating applications.

Ingredients: Cocoa butter, whole MILK powder, sugar, cocoa beans, brown sugar, natural vanilla extract, emulsifier (SOYA Lecithin), BARLEY malt extract. This product may contain traces of nuts.

Composition: Cocoa 41% (min), Milk 23%, Sugar 33%, Fat 40%
